How it works.

We go through every piece of technology your business runs on, find what is leaking money or putting you at risk, and write it up as a plan with a quote. The review is free, and the decision is yours.

Every part of the business's technology is checked and ranked, then written up as one plan: what we found, what to fix now, next and later, and a quote for the build and the monthly. The findings shown are examples of what a review turns up.

Four steps, and you can stop after any of them.

Nothing is built and nothing is billed until you have read the plan and said yes.

  1. Day one

    A short call

You tell us what the business does and what keeps going wrong. We tell you honestly whether we can help.

  2. Two weeks

    The full review

We go through every piece of technology the business runs on, from the logins to the website to the books. It costs nothing.

  3. In writing

    The plan and the quote

A plain-English report of what we found, ranked by what it costs you, with what we recommend and a quote to do it.

  4. Your call

    Build, or walk away

Say yes and we build it in pieces, then run it every month. Say no and you keep the report to use however you like.

The review covers everything with a plug or a password.

Most reviews look at one thing. Problems rarely sit in one place, so we look at all of it, and at how the pieces fit together.

  • Your tech stack

Every app, subscription and login you pay for. What talks to what, what you pay for twice, and what nobody has opened in months.

  • Security

Who can still get in, including people who have left. Passwords and two-step sign-in, backups, out-of-date software, and whether someone could send email pretending to be you.

  • Bugs and breakages

Forms that go nowhere, links that break, automations that fail without telling anyone, and numbers that do not match from one system to the next.

  • Your website and socials

How you look next to your competitors, how fast the site loads, how it works on a phone, and whether a stranger would trust you enough to call.

  • SEO: search

Whether Google can find you, read you and rank you for the jobs you actually want. Your Google Business Profile, your listings and your reviews.

  • AEO: answer engines

Whether you are the answer when someone asks Google, Siri or Alexa a question, not just one more link on the page.

  • GEO: AI search

Whether ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity name your business when a customer asks them who to call.

  • Your conversion funnel

The path from a visit to an inquiry. What you ask people to do, the forms, the booking, and how fast a new lead hears back.

  • Your sales funnel

What happens after the inquiry. Quotes, follow-up, where deals stall, and how many you win.

  • Operations

Scheduling, quoting, invoicing, payments and reminders. Every place your team types the same thing twice.

  • Your numbers

Whether you can see sales, costs and where customers came from on one screen, and whether you can trust what it says.

  • Where AI fits

Work AI could safely take off your team's plate, and the places it should stay out of.

At the end, a plan you can hold us to.

Written for an owner, not an engineer. If a recommendation cannot point at a number or a risk, it does not go in.

  1. 1

    What we found

Every issue in plain English, with the proof next to it: the screenshot, the number or the link.

  2. 2

    What it is costing you

Ranked by money lost, time lost and risk, so the first thing on the list is the one that matters most.

  3. 3

    What we recommend

What to fix now, what comes next and what can wait. Including what to leave alone.

  4. 4

    The quote

One fee to build it and a monthly amount to run it, in writing, before you agree to anything.

Your data does the work, then it goes home.

To fix a business we have to see how it runs. Here is exactly how we treat what we see.

  • You decide what we can see.

Everything stays in your name. You add us as a user on your own accounts, read-only wherever that is enough, and you can remove us at any time. We never ask you to send a password.

  • It is used for your work only.

Never sold, never shared, never used for another client. Where AI does part of the work, we use services whose business terms do not let them train on your data.

  • It is protected while we have it.

Kept encrypted, in accounts only the people doing your work can open, and limited to what the job needs.

  • When we part ways, it leaves with you.

You get your data back in standard files you can open anywhere, like spreadsheets. We switch off every login and connection we had, delete the copies we held, and confirm it in writing. We keep nothing.

The ones everyone asks.

Is the review really free?
Yes. Two weeks, no card, no contract. You get the written report either way, and it is yours to keep.
How much of my time does it take?
About an hour at the start to walk us through the business and give us access, and a short call at the end to go through the plan. The rest is on us.
Will you break anything while you look?
No. The review is looking, not changing. We use read-only access wherever we can, and nothing is touched until you have agreed to the plan.
Why is there no price on this page?
Because every business is different, and a number before we have looked would be a guess. After the review you get a real quote, in writing, for exactly what the plan says.
Do I have to use you to fix what you find?
No. The report is written so anyone could act on it, including your own team or someone you already work with.
What are AEO and GEO?
SEO is showing up in Google's list of links. AEO is being the answer when someone asks a question out loud or in a search box. GEO is AI assistants like ChatGPT naming your business when someone asks who to call. More customers start with the last two every month.
What happens to my data if we stop working together?
You get it back in standard files, we switch off all of our access, and we delete what we held and confirm it in writing. Automatic backups clear themselves on their normal short cycle after that. The tools we run stay ours; the data in them was always yours.
Do you need my passwords?
No. You add us as a user with our own login, so you can see what we do and remove us with one click. If a system only allows one login, we walk you through a safe way to share access.

Two weeks. Free. Then you decide.

Tell us what your business does and what keeps going wrong. You get a written answer either way.
